There is currently a backlog of reporting data to process. As a result, some recent reporting data may be temporarily unavailable when running reports. No reporting data has been lost. Update
We have identified the problem and are deploying a fix. Dusseldorf (E), Frankfurt (B), Singapore (R), Toronto (YYZA) reporting stores have recovered and are operating normally.

There is currently a backlog of reporting data to process in Chicago (N), Dallas (O) and Heathrow (A). As a result, some reporting data may be temporarily unavailable when running reports. No reporting data has been lost. Data will be made available for reporting as soon as the data backlogs have been processed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

End-users may experience incomplete reports. Recently generated data may be missing from reports. No data has been lost. We are working on a resolution and will update this post with more information.
