As part of Forcepoint's commitment to providing customers with highly available and reliable cloud services, we will be performing infrastructure maintenance at this Forcepoint cluster. The maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours for this location.

During the maintenance window, Web Security Cloud traffic will be moved to another nearby Cluster. Web Security Cloud customers who use Forcepoint's GeoDNS service should not experience any downtime. IPsec and GRE connectivity for Web Security Cloud will be unavailable during this maintenance window. Web Security Cloud customers connecting using IPsec or GRE should not experience any significant downtime, as traffic will move to secondary tunnels. We recommend customers check their IPsec/GRE tunnel configuration before the start of the maintenance window to ensure all tunnels are working correctly.

The Cloud Security Portal may be intermittently unavailable during this maintenance window. As a result, customers may be unable to make policy changes, release quarantined email and run Web and Email reports during this time.

Email Security Cloud will be unavailable in Heathrow (A) during the maintenance window. However, customers will be able to send and receive email as normal during the maintenance window via the secondary Email Security Cloud Cluster configured in the customer account.

Hybrid Management may be unavailable for a brief period of time during this maintenance window. Hybrid Cloud customers may be unable to sync users and groups and download logs during this time. Log files will be available for download once the maintenance window completes, no data will be lost. The Advanced Malware Detection (AMD) File Sand boxing service will be failed-over to another nearby location. Customers should not experience any downtime or service degradation.

Forcepoint’s ThreatSeeker Cloud service will be failed-over to another nearby location. Customers should not experience any downtime or service degradation. Mobile VPN will be failed over to another nearby location. Customers should not experience any downtime or service degradation.
