Monitoring - Forcepoint is working on an upgrade program for the SIEM Integration feature in Forcepoint Web Security Cloud and Email Security Cloud. These upgrades are as a result of customer feedback to the BETA program and will improve the accessibility of this feature to better serve our customers.

This may have resulted in pages intermittently failing to load.

Cloud Operations mitigated the issue and provisioned extra capacity to handle the increasing load caused by customers working from home.

Scheduled - As part of Forcepoint's commitment to providing customers with highly available and reliable cloud services, we will be performing network maintenance at Forcepoint Cluster Slough (J). During the maintenance window, Web Security Cloud traffic may be moved to another nearby Cluster. Web Security Cloud customers who use Forcepoint's GeoDNS service should not experience any downtime. Web Security Cloud customers who connect via VPN (IPsec) and have secondary tunnels configured to other clusters should not experience any downtime. Email Security Cloud customers should not experience any downtime, however, there may be a small delay in email delivery. Maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours for this location.
