A small number of customers with Primary and Secondary Reporting Stores configured as Heathrow (A) and Chicago (N) maybe unable to run reports temporarily while a fix is put in place. All other accounts with different store combinations remain unaffected.

Monitoring - Forcepoint is working on an upgrade program for the SIEM Integration feature in Forcepoint Web Security Cloud and Email Security Cloud. These upgrades are as a result of customer feedback to the BETA program and will improve the accessibility of this feature to better serve our customers.

Resolved - A networking issue between the US Advanced Malware Detection File Sandboxing service and Forcepoint's Cloud was identified. A fix has been implemented and service performance returned to normal at 18:00 UTC. This post will be updated with a root cause once a retrospective has been completed.

Some users in the US with File Sandboxing enabled may notice an increase in file sandboxing and report download times. Other locations are unaffected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
