Investigating - End users may experience intermittent degradation of browsing performance. Some websites may take longer to load than usual. Cloud Operations is investigating and will update this post with more information.

Resolved - The incident is now resolved. Quarantined email messages are no longer being temp-failed and customers can release quarantined email from the Message Center as normal. We are investigating root cause and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Identified - We have identified the root cause and are deploying a fix.

A change introduced an unexpected degradation in stability of our email encryption and decryption mechanisms. This affected the encryption and decryption of some quarantined email messages, resulting in some newly quarantined email being temp-failed or prevented previously quarantined email from being released via the Message Center.

No data has been lost and customers will be able to release all previously quarantined email messages as the fix is deployed.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue with Forcepoint's Email Security Cloud service.

Customers may experience some quarantined email being temp-failed. In addition, customers may be temporarily unable to release quarantined email from the Message Center.

The Email Service is available and is accepting and processing clean email normally.
