Resolved - This issue was related to an ISP experiencing an outage in their core network within that region. During the incident, customer traffic failed-over automatically to another nearby location.

Cloud Operations restored connectivity to Ashburn (H) by moving traffic away from the affected ISP.

Connectivity to Ashburn (H) is now stable and failed-over services have been restored to Ashburn (H).
Cloud Operations will continue to work with the ISP to resolve their issue.
