Monitoring - Forcepoint is working on an upgrade program for the SIEM Integration feature in Forcepoint Web Security Cloud and Email Security Cloud. These upgrades are as a result of customer feedback to the BETA program and will improve the accessibility of this feature to better serve our customers.

Monitoring - Web Security, AMD and VPN Cloud services were unavailable in both of these clusters.
The services were failed-over to another near-by location between 13:28 and 13:50 UTC.

End users may have experienced degraded browsing performance and a delay in our File Sandboxing service as a result.

All affected services have remained stable in both Miami (Q) and Colombia (BOGA) clusters since.
