Identified - Some Customers may experience random email delivery failures as we have been alerted about certain backend hardware failure. Our initial investigations show that this has affected a rather small number of emails. We have already started working on preventing further issues and are also working on a permanent fix. We will have more details on the exact impact once we have completed a thorough investigation .

Monitoring - Forcepoint is working on an upgrade program for the SIEM Integration feature in Forcepoint Web Security Cloud and Email Security Cloud. These upgrades are as a result of customer feedback to the BETA program and will improve the accessibility of this feature to better serve our customers.

Monitoring - Cloud Operations has re-routed traffic after noticing a rate limiting issue on one of the IP addresses on Cluster K. After re-routing traffic emails traffic has picked up and this is being monitored.
