Scheduled - As part of Forcepoint's commitment to providing customers with highly available and reliable cloud services, we will be performing network maintenance at this Forcepoint Cluster(D) Paris. During the maintenance window, Web Security Cloud traffic may be moved to another nearby Cluster. Web Security Cloud customers who use Forcepoint's GeoDNS service should not experience any downtime. Web Security Cloud customers who connect via VPN (IPsec) and have secondary tunnels configured to other clusters should not experience any downtime. Email Security Cloud customers should not experience any downtime, however, there may be a small delay in email delivery. Maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours for this location.

Mar 12, 2019
Resolved - Cloud Operations have been able to co-ordinate with Microsoft to get the blacklisted Email Security egress IP removed from their blacklist.

Cloud Operations have now reversed the workaround and all email egress IPs from the pool are fully operational again and in use by our Email Security Service.
Mar 12, 18:36 UTC
Identified - Cloud Operations have identified the cause of this blacklisting and have taken action to mitigate the impact of this issue.

Cloud Operations have now rerouted outbound email from users of our Email Security service to another egress IP from our pool, this means that the blacklisted IP is now no longer being used by our Email Security service, thereby ensuring that email destined for Outlook and Hotmail domains are now no longer being rejected. Please be assured there is no loss of data and this transition is seamless to the end user.

Cloud Operations have now also contacted Microsoft to ensure that the affected Email Security egress IP (although now not currently being used by our Email Security end users) is removed from their blacklisting.
Mar 10, 14:03 UTC
Investigating - Outlook/Hotmail has blacklisted Email Security service in this region. End users may experience delays or delivery failures in sending email to users of Outlook/Hotmail domains.

Cloud Operations is investigating and will update this post with more information.
